Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before preparation begins. Once food preparation has started, cancellations are not possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided if:

• The wrong item was delivered.

• The order was not delivered due to our error.

• Food arrived in an unacceptable condition caused by us.

• A duplicate payment was charged.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after food preparation.

• Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Minor taste preferences after consumption.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
